Design-Build Services: Our team is committed to helping you build exactly what you want. This starts with getting the design right. CaseCo has great relationships with top architects and designers that can help guide you through the design process. As early as during the search for your next space, CaseCo will work with you and your architect to budget, plan and value engineer your new build-out.
Facility Management: CaseCo is your full-service facility management solution. Our team works diligently with Landlords and Tenants to keep their property and workspace operating at the highest level. After the completion of any project, our service teams are available for additional work, no matter how small the job or what time of day or night. All CaseCo service mechanics are trained in many construction disciplines, and every truck carries tools and materials needed to complete your properties’ work orders. From patching a hole in wall coverings to painting an entire building, we will be there for you.

No Customer Punchlist
Checking our work to keep quality high. Before a customer can start a punch list, a second superintendent or owner at CaseCo creates one of our own before scheduled completion. Strict and detailed, these internally generated punch lists help us lay out the final phase of the project so that our trades people and subcontractors can finish on time—and meet or exceed our clients’ expectations.
